Non-Profit/Craft Vendor Application

VENDOR SET-UP INFORMATION & GUIDELINES - Saturday June 06 2026

  • After applying, you will receive an application confirmation within 4 business days. If your application is approved, your vendor space number will be given to you as you check in at the festival at your designated time, on the day of the festival. All festival spaces are assigned prior to your arrival. Details of place and time to arrive will be emailed to approved vendors on May 30, 2026.
  • All vehicles must be removed from festival site as soon as the vehicle is unloaded, no later than 4:45 PM.
  • Each exhibitor supplies complete booth including tables and canopy (EZ-Up Style Tents only). Canopies must be fire retardant or sprayed with flame retardant spray. Tables are to be covered to the ground and canopies are to be weighted at each corner with the equivalent weight of a one gallon bucket of sand. Canopies are not required but are desired.
  • Damage to the festival site caused by the exhibitor will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.

TAKE DOWN INFORMATION

  • As a courtesy to all vendors, all booths must remain in place until 9:00 PM.
  • Take down vehicles are to enter the festival site in the same manner in which they set-up.
  • Booth & vehicle(s) are to be removed from festival site by 10:00 PM. One vehicle per booth allowed.

EXHIBITOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compliance with applicable state or federal laws is the responsibility of the exhibitor (collection of sales tax).
  • Submission of an application is an implied agreement to abide by the rules set forth herein.
  • Special Needs - Indicate on the application as to the electricity, parking for product re-supply and other needs. Exhibitors are to supply extension cords.

DAMAGES OR OTHER LOSS INCURRED BY THE EXHIBITOR.

Terms and Conditions

In consideration of being a vendor at the Liver Mush Festival, I hereby RELEASE the City of Marion, NC from all claims, liability and causes of action of every kind whatsoever regarding personal injury, financial loss, property damage or other matters.

I understand the risks of participating in an open-air public festival and I voluntarily ASSUME ALL RISK of damage, injury and loss.

Further, I agree to INDEMNIFY and HOLD HARMLESS the City of Marion from any claims, liabilities, causes of action, damage to property and injury to persons, losses, costs and expenses that may result from or be related to the operation of my booth at the festival.
